can i record just the audio of a session?
Yes! to get the audio recording, go to your menu bar and start the ai transcript - the transcript both audio and written will be posted on your dashboard under 'ai summaries'.
my ruume loads slowly
If you notice your ruume is loading slowly, your background may be the cause.
If you have used a static, or still, image as your background, even though it’s within the technical requirements (jpeg or png file up to 5mb), it likely still needs to be optimized and compressed for the best experience.

how do i enable pop-ups on safari?
at times Apple will update their iOS and/or MacOS and auto-set Safari to block all pop-ups. this may affect your ability to start a ruume.

my youtube background stopped working.
If you used a youtube background for your ruume, the link may have expired. Visit youtube and get an updated link to replace your old one.
how do i create a ruume using a youtube video?
click 'create' from your dashboard, and add the youtube video to the background prompt.
are the circles the same for everyone?
each user gets to set the postion & size of the circles on their screen. this way every size, shape and screen arrangement is covered.

100%. hover the bottom-right corner of a circle, drag & drop-done!

uploaded backgrounds can be an image (jpeg or png up to 2mb), video (mp4, up to 10mb), or youtube link.

visit recordings under your profile, then click on the dollar icon and set the value you would like to charge your viewers—be sure to save.

commission is paid out weekly.

visit your profile and click ‘set up stripe’ under the monetization section and follow the prompts.
what’s the commission breakdown?
the commission rate is based on your subscription:
- free - earn 80% from participants (no audience).
- pro - earn 95% from participants and 95% from the audience.
- biz - earn 100% from participants and 95% from the audience.
earn commission from your events by adding a fee for entry or a donation. be sure to set up your stripe account so you get paid.
